2025 Spring Business Meeting
MACRAO's 2025 spring business meeting will be held on Thursday, April 17 and Friday, April 18 in Butte with both in-person and remote attendance options. The meeting convenes at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday and ends around 12:00 p.m. on Friday.
Elections
Requirements:
- Excited to work with other Admissions/Records professionals in Montana!
- Have a couple of hours per month for virtual meetings – setting agendas, organizing events, correspondence, meeting with various entities, etc.
- Have a few years to dedicate time to the MACRAO Executive Board.
- We are looking for a president-elect, which is a 3-year commitment. The first year is President-Elect, second year is President & third is Immediate Past President.
- Remember you have an experienced Executive Board with historical knowledge to support you!

Registration FeeThe conference registration fee is only required for in-person attendees to cover snacks, dinner on Thursday, and breakfast on Friday.
